Online Shop Orders

We like your orders, so we have tried to make it as easy as possible for you.
 
   We know some people do not like ordering on-line, so you have the option of telephoning us or having our Mail Team ring you. Also if you are not happy to use your Credit Card on-line (via our secure server) or on the telephone, New Zealand customers can just post us a cheque or Direct Credit our bank account. Whichever way you choose, as soon as we receive your order and payment, we will dispatch it to you and you should receive it within a few days. International orders may take a few extra days. Orders for items marked as arriving at a future date will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If any item is out of stock you will be notified by telephone or return email.

For Australian customers we can now offer billing in Australian currency by Visa & MasterCard. No exchange rate surprises, you're charged a fixed AU$ amount. Our AU$ prices include the delivery charge so no hidden extras. We use Int'l Air with target delivery 3 to 6 working days to most Australian delivery addresses.
