Shipping
One delivery charge per order $5.90 to addresses in Mainland New Zealand.
We ship orders ex stock from our New Zealand address, unless otherwise stated.
We use a signature required courier service for most deliveries. Our courier company cannot deliver to PO Box addresses so you need to supply a street address. Some smaller items may be delivered by NZ Post.
If orders are received & payment approved by noon weekdays, we will normally dispatch that day. You will receive an email the day of dispatch informing you the order is on the way. If the order has not arrived by the end of the day after the expected ETA you need to contact us immediately so we can trace the order.
Normal delivery times: South Island 1 business day; North Island 2 business days; Rural delivery 1 extra business day. Deliveries will be Monday to Friday during business hours, no Saturday delivery. Allow extra days for peak periods such as Christmas.
GST is included in our published prices, and a GST Invoice is supplied with all orders.
Returns
When you receive your order please unwrap it carefully and check the item before damaging any product packaging. We will not normally accept items back for refund that have been used or removed from the manufacturers packaging, and items must be in a condition we can resell as 'New'. If your order has arrived damaged by the shipper, you should notify us immediately on receipt.
For a refund you must notify our Mail Team within 7 days of receiving your order of your intention to return the goods. You will be given delivery instructions, a "return tracking number", and details regarding your refund. We must receive the goods back within a further 7 days in an unused condition & in the original packaging at the purchasers expense. The refunded value will depend on the condition of the goods being returned, and may take into account the costs we have incurred supplying the item to you.
Of course if the goods are faulty in any way, we will meet all our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

We use International Air, (New Zealand Post & their agents), for most deliveries. They can deliver to PO Box and street addresses. You should select the address you consider will be the quickest & most secure.
If orders are received & payment approved by noon weekdays NZ time, we will normally dispatch that day. You will receive an email the day of dispatch informing you the order is on the way. If the order has not arrived by the end of (say the 2nd day?) after the expected ETA you need to contact us immediately so we can trace the order.
Normal delivery times: Target to main centres 3-6 business days. Deliveries will be as per normal postal service for your location. Allow extra days for peak periods such as Christmas.
Country of delivery customs, taxes, duties or other charges if applicable are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not expect this will be an issue for items of low value to Australia (say under $200.00?) but buyer should check with your own authorities if not sure.
Returns
It is costly for everyone returning items from International locations. Please consider your purchase very carefully before placing your order. All requests to return items will be considered on a case by case basis.

Delivery to addresses elsewhere can be quoted on an order by order basis.
We are able to process orders in a variety of currencies. Please tell us your preference and we will advise further.
You need to email us with your details & we will email you our quotation with currency options & payment instructions.
